The Prime Host - Review

| Signed up with The Prime Host in April- Darrell and his team really made it easy to switch from a non-PHP system and got me set up almost instantly.
Support was good, especially in the beginning.
Hosting was reasonably fast and responsive. June and July, weren't so hot. There was
some downtime and the site seemed to slow significantly.
My guess is that since TPH has grown so quickly of late, that the server I had got overloaded.
There was no big reason to switch to Site5, just a lot of small ones that occurred with increasing frequency.
Still, I'd recommend TPH- their support is better than Site5's, but make sure you get a newer server.

| Are you still with TPH? Can you tell us your domain? Being that you are a brand new member to WHT it would help give your post some more credibility.

I really don't see what that has to do with anything. Take it, leave it.

I've lurked here long enough to know that the review I wrote was honest and hype free.

| I am glad you came and posted the review and I apologize if you took at any way other then just doing my homework. We have to many users post here that are not honest.
I hope you stick around and contribute to WHT for a long time.

| Hello HistoricHosting,
Thank you for reviewing our service on WHT. We haven't visited here in awhile so it was happenstance that I came upon this post.
We did experience significant growth in June and July and hopefully you'll agree that things have leveled out support wise.
As of this morning, raptor (the server your site(s) reside on) all load levels were in the green (and have been for some time now).
Still customer satisfaction is the only way to grow, so say the word and we'll move you to our newest server.
