Litespeed / Cpanel? Good or Bad?

Can anyone share feedback on installing Litespeed with Cpanel? Is it worth it as far as stability, conflicts with apache (or does it fully replace apache), etc? Thanks

It doesn't cause any conflicts and its quite stable, and fully replaces apache. This is a common configuration for shared hosting server and works without any issues.

We run litespeed on all our cpanel servers and have not had any major conflicts. We had a couple minor issues with PDO, but we got those resolved and everything runs great. Litespeed is great system and we have seen much lower loads and faster load times. Definitely worth checking out.

It doesn't fully replace Apache in the sense that it still parses its vhost configuration files. cPanel continues to reflect vhost changes in httpd.conf too. Regards Joe / UNIXY
