Hello, I just found out this company\software: http://www.ksplice.com/ Any1 using this? Is it recommended? Does it really work as they say? For example, new kernel comes out, it updates it, and you don't have to reboot so it loads Linux with new kernel etc? Thanks, s-f-r-j

Yes, We are using ksplice on many servers. Its very handy and no need to reboot the server when a kernel is updated.

It's a handy tool for folks who would require no downtime for kernel upgrade and it's being supported by most of the provider out there.

Is it hard to setup\run? Its only $3.95 per month, per server, or i got the pricing wrong? Thanks

Its not hard to install and manage. However you can have a number of configurations. Advanced configurations are not easy.
