Private nameservers

I recently purchase a reseller account that comes with private namservers.
My question is, how discreet are these? Surely a quick check in dnsreport should not reveal too much, other than my private nameservers info?
I do not fully understand the dns info that is being reported on dnsreport, but when I run several of my clients sites through it, I get half showing my private nameservers, and on the bottom half of the report is the name of the server (which is the name of my host). It seems to be the mailserver info that is showing my host name in there.
Does any of this make sense
It just seems at the moment as though my private nameservers are a waste of time, if a quick look at dnsreport reveals all.

It could be that the host's hostname isn't unbranded. Some hosts have it unbranded. To get around this, you can purchase 2 IPs and have them point to ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com.
Thanks,

That doesn't help. If the server doesn't have a generic hostname or generic default contact address the host's identity is easily found by simple dns tools.
