Cannot connect to port 25! (SMTP)

A few days ago I am having issues with port 25, but I dont know what Is causing it, I already tried disabling the firewall (CSF) but the problem persists, what could be the problem?

It's probably your ISP blocking the port. Try opening port 26 and connecting to it instead. 90% sure this will solve your problem

You will need to go to "Manage Services" in WHM and enable exim on port 26 to use SMTP on port 26. I don't believe it's enabled by default.

Most ISPs, well over here in England, block outgoing port 25 - to prevent spam - at least someone is helping. Most hosting companies have port 587 as back up, us included.

See if you can telnet to the port, and the try telnet to it on another server that you know works.
Should show if the problem is on the server, or at your end (ie the ISP)

your ISP may be blocking port 25. try telnet to the server IP and port 25.
