Any idea, tutorial how to install mtop on CentOS - cPanel/WHM server ?!

rpm -i ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/ftp.fresh....rf.noarch.rpm
# yum install mtop
Try also
# yum install mytop

Do you have root (SSH) access to the server and do you know how to work form the command line?

I i have root access and i know how to work form the command line. But i want to install it on live shared hosting server so thats why i ask for solution i want to be sure that i will not screw up the server software

Well use mytop and login by remote!
Install in your desktop (also see MySQL WorkBench) and run it by host, user, password and database option to connect to the remote database and see in live mode your queries..
