Posted by HostingFields, 11-26-2010, 02:34 PM Hello, Recently i got VPS with burstnet. I am using it for my forum and couple more small websites. As you know vbulletin forum is sending out many emails to users etc. Forum is pretty busy, so it sends a lot of emails daily. As usual, Yahoo is giving me hard time. I have SPF records, domain keys etc. everything setuped for this domain (this is not first time they are blocking my new server). I contacted them, filled in up the application, provided all informations they asked for, but, they are requesting more: Based on the information you have provided, we are unable to offer prioritized delivery privileges to your sending IP(s) at this time. We encourage you to evaluate your mailing policies and practices to see how you may be able to improve your sending reputation: - Make sure you provided the correct IPs and that these IPs are sending traffic to Yahoo! Mail. - Send to opted-in and engaged subscribers only. - Use DKIM to authenticate your email, so you can enroll in our feedback loop program. Could somebody pls explain DKIM, this is Cpanel VPS, what i need to do, where\how, if you don't mind. Thanks a lot! s-f-r-j
Posted by care4server, 11-26-2010, 03:54 PM Instead of dkim domainkey is ok in cpanel, make sure the ip specified in spf is same as the mail server ip, make sure there is an unsubscribe link iin the mails send out by the forum
