anonymous support for reseller's clients?

Which are the recommend ones that provide anonymous support for reseller's clients? I know of OLM. Are they good? Any others?

www.JodoHost.com www.DIYHosting.com I think they offer anonymouse support for your clients.

Do a search here on WHT for "end-user support" and "anonymous support" and etc. There are a number of great threads listing a whole slew of options to choose from. A few more links to get started on: www.hostingzoom.com www.varhosting.com www.assortedinternet.com ...all offer anonymous end-user support Last edited by iSew; 04-22-2005 at 04:54 AM.

Which are the recommend ones? Also, anything to look out for?

For recommendations I'd strongly suggest searching for "examplehost.com" here on WHT, for every single host you ever consider, as a rule. In terms of what to look out for... well, there are a few things: 1) Test their support. Make sure the host is qualified to support and keep YOUR customers happy. 2) Try to check their policy on ticket resolution times. How fast do they promise to respond to all client inquries. 3) Some offer the end-user support free, others as a paid add-on. 4) End-user support often only covers tech support. In other words, billing issues will be forwarded directly to you. 5) Much more... thoroughly do your research. Make sure you trust your host enough that you're truly OK having your clients contact them for help.

Hello there, BizLand's Private Label Reseller Program offers this, along with anonymous billing. Eric

Couldn't find a reference to it on their site. Where is it? Thanks for your help.

Aren't you a manager at Bizland? This is the third post in a row that you've touted your own companies services. As you've been a WHT member since 2002, I would have presumed you'd know that you keep breaking one of the golden rules Simon

I too wonder which of the end user support hosts are best. Seems like not many push this hard so it is definitely a question of reliability in both uptime AND support responses.

I just looked too. I know they recently re-did their site, it may have been taken off by accident(or on purpose?). 'bteeter' who runs I believe runs Assortedinternet confirmed the offer here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=374434 (towards bottom of page), although you may want to confirm with them before signup.

Thanks, iGabe, for clearing this up.

Hi, I believe their URL is www.varhosting.net. From a post a read earlier, they seem to be working on getting the .com TLD of their domain. Cheers

Did you think about loading up varhosting.com before posting? Try it: www.varhosting.com ...compare to www.varhosting.net They resolved it a long ago.

Some providers are outsourcing the support of their reseller's end users. I would think it would be best to find a support company on your own to work with directly. You don't want to have to work out issues or communicate through the reseller provider. Some outsourced support companies are better than others. I'd ask for the name of the company doing the support and do a search here.

We offer 24/7 brandable anonymous tech support to resellers. You have a customizable support desk with your logo, contact info etc. Also the control panel for your end users is brandable. I'm sure there are lots of other hosting companies that offer the same.

I hear that varhosting.com offer end user support and are quite good, but then I have no personal exeprience so do some research before choosing.
