Who's got the best support: Realwebhost.net or Totalchoicehosting.com ?

Greetings All !
I've been with the same host for the past 2.5 years. But their support has gone downhill in the past year... and I'm currently in quite a bind! I am probably going to decide to move all of my websites / customers (roughly 28 or so)... to another provider... BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY.
I've been checking out the reputations and sites of Realwebhost.net and Totalchoicehosting.com.
I know how hard it is to determine the overall responsiveness and technical know-how of a hosting company's support staff... from just looking at their website, their forum system, and even from reading some of the posts here.
But every decision is a gamble.
I just thought I'd make a quick post and ask if anyone's had personal experience with the Support systems of either of these companies? And, preferrably, have you had MORE THAN TWO MONTHS worth of experience with them?
(What IS it with people posting reviews after only being with somebody for two months?)
Thanks!

You may want to send each host some presales questions and test their response times and their knowledge in the replies to help you determine between the 2 as well.

Yep, I just signed up with RWH !
I won't say who my previous host is... but:
1) I researched the WHT forums heavily during the summer of 2002... and I made as my choice one of the top three companies that was being widely-recommended at the time.
2) I have made this observation, both with regards to this "old host".... and with regards to a company I've been employed by in the past:
When a small company grows... and starts to concentrate on buying other small companies, THAT'S when customer service starts to slip.
I'm sure this is something I'll have to watch out for in about 2 years or so... with RWH too.
Thanks!
