Does it have cPanel? If yes, then it will have python installed. If you don't have cPanel, do you have shell (SSH) access?

Better contact your hosting provider and confirm with them if python is installed on the server or not.

You should have Python then. Another way to check is see if you have access to the mailman mailing lists. If you do, then python is 100% installed as the mailman software is based on python!

If you've got cPanel, you've probably got PHP. Put in a file and run it.
