Setting up RRAS

On Windows 2008 but it won't let me because I have ICS turned on. I have VMware running on it and because I am out of IPs I wanted a certain VM to just use the hosts IP but it won't resolve anything so I edited my virtual network to use ICS and it works....... but RRAS won't setup. Any way around that?
