Posted by Russ Foster, 02-21-2005, 05:02 AM
Money can take 5-7 days to go back to a credit card. I suggest you just wait a few more days Rus

I'll go ahead and post this, before you get a lot of people pointing it out. When issuing a credit/refund to a credit card, it will take at least 3 business days to show up, possibly seven. Based on your post, today is the first business day since your refund. I would give it (at the very least) until Thursday to show up on your card. Simon

Seeker2002, first off its Sunday the billing department does not issue nor replies to billing queries during this day. Simply wait until tomorrow or tuesday to receive a full refund. This could have easily been resolved if waiting towards the next business day As for DDT&SLAM we have issued all refunds necessary when asked or brought to our attention. Again your comment like your previous comment about us owning some other company has no solid evidence. Thus making making your statement uncredible as your previous posts. If you have something against us simply dont use the service no need to post all these false information all over the board.

The tone of the author in his emails seem rather childish too. I believe the billing staff and technical staff are different people so 24/7 tech support does not mean that the billing staff are around at 1am to help you do a refund. He basically do not know that credit cards take time to process and such process are done on business days.

if you will give back just replying me in Ticket or you dont have team !

Posted by seeker2002, 02-21-2005, 07:50 AM
i post them and i wait 5 day what business day

Posted by ORiN, 02-21-2005, 08:56 AM
I know that you waited 5 days but Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday.

Just chiming in here to re-iterate that it can take a few days time before the refund gets posted to your credit card (if that is how you pay). It doesn't happen immediately. Saturday and Sunday are days that are not operational days as far as the financial institutions are concerned (bothing incoming and outgoing remittance) Roj

I know Monday to Friday i mean no reply from them I don't want $19 i have more but i want deal with how want business got my point

Posted by seeker2002, 02-21-2005, 09:54 AM
I think now business day for replying me just tell me wait and we will email you soon that nice reply not ignore me

Posted by niyogi, 02-21-2005, 09:56 AM
Actually, I think you're right about that. A simple message saying that credited refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your card account would do. Roj

He was replied to in a timely matter our weekends had been quite busy with alot of incoming tickets thus there is alot of pending tickets. Thus I do not know why it was posted here rather than waiting for a reply. Keep in mind the ticket was in the "open" status meaning we're still attending to it rather than a "close" status on the ticket. If a ticket is open you simply wait until you get a reply. If its urgent simply contact us in our chat and escalate the ticket. However, this is not an urgent matter as refunds through the bank system takes several days.

Hi Guys, as far as i know the refund takes anywhere between 5-7 days.wait and watch pal...

Posted by kelvinklay, 02-21-2005, 07:02 PM
as everyone suggested you to wait for a week and see if you get your refund back.

Scary costumers huh?

Posted by kentcounty, 02-21-2005, 09:06 PM
Wow, I`m confused!! Last time I applied for a 30 day money back, I waited 7 business days for the money to actually show up on my CC.

I think he acted too soon on this issue. Even if Gazzin didn't attend the issue right away he should have give them at least a week before posting this on any boards. We are all people and make mistakes therefore we should have a chence to fix it too. After all it is $16 we are talking about.

No i'm not scary costumers

Posted by fzlatan, 02-27-2005, 06:20 AM
dude, you started a thread about 7.95 and trashed a company all over the board. These are serious things and you need to think before posting things like that. I am all for speaking publically but, try putting yourselves in Gazzin shoes. I can tell you from personal experience that they are not in ripping people off business.

Posted by DDT&SLAM, 02-27-2005, 06:31 AM
Gazzin shod replying hem less then 1 day not more then if Gazzin want good business and stop doing restart every week, Gazzin good for new reseller only

Posted by DDT&SLAM, 02-27-2005, 06:37 AM
if you say OVER or OK then request to close this topic

Posted by ChrisBowd, 02-27-2005, 08:08 AM
I just checked out Gazzin and was quite impressed. Technical support was online and my presales questions were answered immediately. All from a host offering as low as $6.95/month reseller hosting. On the other hand I sent an email to a $14.95/month reselling host over 4-1/2 hours ago and am still waiting for a reply.

Posted by fzlatan, 02-27-2005, 02:25 PM
You got it here. We cannot forgat that we are paying next to nothing for this service which could be very demanding. Every host has it's problems and it isn't helping if we hurt a start up company's reputation. We need to support these guys so they can be more stable and stay in business for a long time. This will be less hastle for us and our clients. As who wants to change hosts every 3 months. Gazzin for most part is good.

isn't this allready solved if so, i think it can be closed before it gets a topic in a topic sooner or later
