Switch Host, Transfering Account

| Hello guys,
I'm currently having a reseller account with one host which was good a few months back. However, their support now is near non-existent since I haven't got any reply of my email in a week. I'm trying to switch host but don't know which one to choose.
I'd actually go with hostgator.com (since I read some good reviews about them) but I think their reseller plans are just too big for me.
I'm using the reseller account not for 'reselling' purposes. I only use it to host several of my friend's site and also a start-up online magazine of mine.
I'm looking for a reseller hosting with a decent pricing (don't need to be cheap although that can be an advantage), decent support (my question should be answered at least under 12 hours, no 800 number necessary though), and decent uptime.
The host should be able to help me to transfer my current account (which amounted to only 5 i think) and using cPanel with fantastico (I'm already get used to it).
Can you guys recommend me any?

| pxtek.com seems pretty great, affordable and good support.

| I certainly wouldn't call Bluewho.com expensive though they are not the cheapest either. But they are reliable and here to stay. Their smallest account goes for $20, for which you get 1GB space and 15GB transfer. They will move your accounts for you. Highly recommended. Search for reviews about them around here and you'll see.

There are particular Hosts that can offer you customized package suiting your needs.
I would suggest you to prepare your shortlist, do a great amount of research. then send presales questionare to each of them stating your requirements of a customized package.
In fact, at present even I am having a customized package from Sonataweb.net, that I selected after a great amount of research 4-5 months ago. I did sent presales to almost all of the good hosts found at WHT.

| www.sonataweb.net - reseller from $12.95month but even on the $7.95 shared plan you can host unlimited domains. I would say sonataweb is maybe one of the better lower cost alternatives to bluewho

| www.insiderhosting.com is a great company. There costs for a Resellers account is like $49/mo... Their service is OUTSTANDING, and they will do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer. You get cPanel, too, which is always nice!
