"low end" resellers

Posted by kunaldua, 02-22-2005, 01:51 PM
Anyone out there who specializes in relatively lower end reseller plans? Maybe 250 MB/ 5 GB/ 5-10 domains/ 100 mailboxes on Windows. Considering the requirement I am looking to pay between 2-3 USD a month. I'll end up having not more than 2-3 clients, my main aim in signing for a reseller plan is to offer each one of my clients the ability to add email accounts etc to their domains independently via a rebranded user interface. The best deal I've found so far is at serverdivision - currently offering 2 GB/ 20 GB Windows plans at very attractive costs. But like I said, I don't think I'll need that much of space. Thanks..

You can always email them and ask. Maybe they will provide you a custom plan. Thanks, Net

i am not sure if i know of any hosts who would do that of you talks with serverdivision do not go through, then www.hostpulse.com www.hostsearch.com are both web hosting directories and you can go there and try searching for a reseller who offers the kind of plan you need. these ones dont have any banners or exchange links etc.

If you can live with Linux you may be able to get something cheaper. Windows is generally not to cheap when it comes to resellers from what I have seen.

I already have a Linux plan - actually I have now gone ahead and sealed the deal with serverdision for Windows as well. Thanks once again to everyone who replied.

I guess we should give him more than 24 hours to try us out before making a review.

I had informative & honest replies to all questions I placed with them and very quick setup (and I'm a pain and keep asking questions ). I only need a small Windows offering, so the budget packages on offer are excellent value for me. Time (of course) will tell, but so far, so good.

So far so good for me as well - I got a call on my mobile minutes after I registered to tell me that my account would be activated in around 30 mins, which was impressive not only because of the quick turnaround time but the fact it was an international call All my questions were answered as well - in reasonable time - and not all of them were "expert level" either Though I haven't spent a lot of time with them yet and I do NOT have experience with any reseller before this, I would give them a thumbs up on the basis of their excellent price on the windows package currently and my experience with their sales and support SO FAR.
