looking for a reseller with Rvskin

| Hello
We have a client who needs cPanel with another language, since Rvskin isnt installed on his server and were not going to get an Rvskin license for one customer so were looking for a reseller provider who offer Rvkin with cPanel.
Quality support and uptime are a must, price isnt very important if they provide a good service, looking fwd. for your feedback.
