Follow the link in the error and request details on why you have been blocked, though looking at http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?...59.183.115.220 shows the IP address is in a number of block lists so you may want to look into what is being sent out to make sure it is not spam and that appropriate unsubscribe options are in the emails.

You need to figure out why the IP was blacklisted. Once that's done make sure that you have resolved whatever issue that allowed spam to be sent from this server. Finally go through the URL's above and request removal from the various blacklists. It may take a few days for the IP to be removed from the blacklists.

Generally, its depends upon the companies policies some allows free unblocked of IP. And so might allowed charges for unblocking the IP urgently. You can check the terms and policy and request them to remove your banned IP.

To not care or move. You will find yourself in an endless battle with them as it stands. I've had my problems trying to deal with them and at the end of the day it's your ISP ip's space causing you the problem and that'll never go away unless you get a new isp. When we moved across the country we no longer had any e-mail issues. Our prior hosts ip reputations were junk.

You could also have them use webmail or a vpn/ssh tunnel to hide the clients IP.

First off, is the IP they reported your server IP? We see a lot of barracuda blocks on ISP and cell phone IPs. If it is not your server IP, then your customer needs to contact their ISP to clear the block. When looking up the IP, it appears to be an Indian telephone company IP, so it is most likely their ISP ip that is blocked. Not an issue on your server.
