Looking for solution that provides wiki, forums, clean print / export to pdf

Hi all,
Sorry if this is in the wrong sub-forum, wasn't sure where to put it.
I'm writing a technical book, and will be publishing it free on the Internet. I'm a linux engineer, and normally I'd just build the server myself with apache2, mediawiki and phpBB. However, I just don't have the time to mess with it. I'm willing to either buy a nice integrated app, or pay a nice hosting site that has all the features.
I'm open to a service provider that can provide a nice wiki with gui editing, solid print and export to pdf, and a solid bbs forum. I already own a domain, the internet link and some servers, so can host too. I prefer Debian, but will consider other OS.
I've been writing in OpenOffice Writer, and exporting to PDF nicely. I tried exporting to mediawiki, and it does most of it okay, but nowhere near enough. I'd have to stop authoring in writer, and begin authoring in mediawiki.
From what I can tell, mediawiki export to pdf plug-in isn't very good, which pushes me back to authoring in writer.
I was also going to install a bbs app like phpBB, but I don't want the hassle of managing it, and it doesn't appear to have a "report abusive user" function.
I really need to focus finishing the book, and not on learning two or three new software packages.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for reading,
Daryl
