Posted by nUCLEArcENTURy, 01-09-2005, 01:59 AM
Hi, just wanted to know if you have been reselling for a good amount of time with the same company. If possible, i want to know with who and for some reason you don't feel like telling ever one, you can PM me. Also, i was talking with my family about becoming a reseller and they wanted me to check if i need to fill out any TAX forms or anything. Because the law in US states that we need to tell the government how much we make and stuff. Please reply. thanks

You will find excellent results if you use the WHT search feature: Go to http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s= and search for the exact phrase "month review" Now you have a whole bunch of quality reviews to look over.

Using the all-powerful WHT search feature(link up top in menu) I found this thread clearly titled "Legal? Taxes? Fees?": http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...&highlight=irs Searched for "irs" to find that one.. you may want to try your own search word variations if any other questions or concerns pop up in your mind.

nUCLEArcENTURy: You might have to fill out a W9 form. to file a W9, I believe you have to be 18 in most US States. Check out the IRS site at http://www.irs.gov ... Contact a local H&R Block, or some other company, who deals with Tax. They should be able to tell you exactly what to do. good luck Roman

I don't believe you need to be 18 or order to fill it out if you mark it at sole, opposed to a company.. Definitely double check it though.
