email ID is not recieving mails?

I am running a domain under WHM/cPanel. under this domain I have one email id which is not receiving any mails in its mailbox. I have checked the space, quota and everything but everything is ok. User can send mails but problem in receiving only. Please suggest some thing to fix it.

Do the sender of the email receives any bounce back message? What does the mail logs suggest? Send an email to the domain once again and tail the mail logs
Also verify the MX records of the domain once again at http://intodns.com

restart service exim from the WHM or you can use the following commands from your backend
service exim restart
or
/scripts/restartsrv_exim
and
/scripts/restartsrv_imap

Is the issue still persisting ? Did you check in the exim_mainlog files for relevant traces ?
