SPAM ISSUE | HELP PLZ

Hi All ...
I have a serious problem ...
All domains on my server have a problem in sending mails, the issue that is all sent mails to YAHOO or HOTMAIL are delivered to SPAM/JUNK folder.
Noting that: I'm not listed in any SPAM list
Advise plz ....

Can you check if there are SPF records setup?
Also, does the IP have a reverse DNS entry setup?

the Domain is: magazine-sy.com
Its SPF: "v=spf1 a mx ptr ip4:207.210.68.58 mx:magazine-sy.com ip4:207.210.68.62 includepf-a.magazine-sy.com includepf-b.magazine-sy.com includepf-c.magazine-sy.com includepf-d.magazine-sy.com +all"
The reverse DNS shows: 207.210.68.58 is X10-TION.COM.

I would recommend resolving the problem with your customers sending SPAM emails and the removing your IP address from the blacklist:

I'd recommend that you look into hiring a server management company to look into this issue for you. If you do not resolve it, your IPs may become permanently blocked

Your IP is listed on 1 spam list

Also you may get put in spam fodler because your sending mails erver does not = the rDNS. Contact your host to try to get this set to your sending name.

+ what is the correct SPF argument ?

the other solution u might try out is changing ur ip address to a safe ip if possible , as it worked for one of our servers

Hello,
There could be following problems:
1) Not Properly configured SPF Records
2) Not Properly configured rDSN Records
3) Not Properly configured Server which allows open relay
4) Not properly configured server for domain keys or DKIM
