which reseller do you recommend

| My current host reallllly sucks. Back in Nov all of my sites were down for more than 36 hours. I really need to change to another much more reliable host. So can you please recommend a good reliable one that there box is not overloaded.
I need
windows
3 gb space or more
80 gb transfer or more
6 ip or more
budget is from $50 to $75

For a windows reseller provider, I would probably recommend diyhosting.com

| If that is a monthly budget you should have a look at
ServInt for a VPS.
Or you could probably get a dedicated for that price also!

$50 to $75 monthly. Windows vps is too much for me. Cost almost the same as dedicated, but I dont need dedicated yet.
