cpanel whm down

Hi, I have configured my cpanel VPS in openVZ. My cpanel/WHM goes down as and then, I get the below error What is the problem? please advice

When you receive the email, do you have to restart the cpanel service manually? BTW, check the cPanel and chkservd logs to see if you find anything helpful

Hi, Yes I do restart the server manually. I get log message as repquota: Quota file not found or has wrong format. What is the problem.

OpenVZ VPS's has some strange quota problems. A few days ago I have had a similar problem. But VPS reloading desided all problems.

Trying /scripts/upcp --force might fix this problem.
