| There are TONS of hosts that offer reseller accounts for under 20 dollars. I probably won't recommend any though because companies have been falling left and right lately.
Sonataweb would be a good place to start their owner has been on this forum for ages.

| Decent host if I remember correctly although the owner may have been a little rude. Use the search button as I've seen other threads on dathorn. Then again .com and .net are different or something. It's really quite confusing.

Andrew, the owner of www dathorn com is not really rude, he is just very terse. His terseness is kinda legendary in some parts of the net. He is kind of like a the crack submarine engineer with whom you trust your life, but who is not real cuddly. I think people read irony into his short messages.
I've hosted with them for 6 months now, and have never noticed an outage. He posts full statistics in his forum. forums.dathorn.com/showthread.php?t=4 I just looked. My server cpanel36 has had 99.904% uptime since April of 2004. The statistics of his servers speak clearer than anything I can say.
He has a couple of techs on duty apparently 24/7 because I have put in around 5 calls at 3 am on weekdays and 2 am on Sundays and they were all answered accurately or the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He is a very solid host. The costs are real good, but there are two things to keep in mind
(a) Sites that use too many resources and quickly shut down. Too many resources usually means too much processor time, but this number is not defined anywhere. (The no-nonsense, fast shutdown is good or bad depending on your perspective. (He of course does allow access so you can move your stuff to what is probably a dedicated server somewhere else.)
(b) No backup. The drives are mirrored (someone said in the Dathorn forms) but there is no backup in the basic price. If you want that you pay an extra $8 a month (if you are in the pro plan. But the good news is that the backups are very accessible to you because he just copies the files to a different server, where you can access them at any time via ftp.
But, I really get the impression because Andrew is the no-nonesense kind of guy that he is, his company is going to be around for a long time with a reputation as a very solid host.
I keep my important sites there.

| There are quite a few hosts who have good reputations here and who also provide reseller packages in that price range. Run a few searches here on WHT, Im sure you'll come up with something.

| Sonataweb offers custom plan as well, so you might talk to them mentioning your requirements.
In fact that you should try to do with every host, send them a list of your pre-sales questions and then check on how do they respond to your queries.
