I've been with them for almost three months and so far so good -- I've only been using webmail for that period of time (still have to launch my site in a month's time) but that means using my account everyday, so I guess I can say that server uptime is ok. they had a server issues about a week after my signup and billing software issues a month after but that's all ironed out already. problems may occur every now and then but it's normal for anything to catch cold and as long as it's acted upon quickly, it's ok with me. will i recommend versaweb's reseller packages? yep, I will
