Posted by powercat, 04-15-2010, 02:27 PM I am just trialling a vps and decided to have a go on a minimal ubuntu install. I want to add an additional IP address to the machine and have edited /etc/network/interfaces to look something like this: When I restart the network service I get this error: Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? The IP address I am trying to add is assigned to my account with the host....
