Does anyone host at reseller-center.com

| Does anyone know this company or know anybody hosting by them? Are they reliable? What do you think?

| I have have been with them for just a little while, but I know the people, they will treat you right, they know how to manage servers.

| sunshines: I've just recently moved to www.reseller-center.com and i can assure you they have one of the best support teams available. Kind and understanding staff is very important in this hightech digital age.
I have two sites hosted with them ( www.gfxdiary.com and www.biotechstudios.com ), and im very happy with the performance. You can check out their servers here:

Their costs are highly competitive too so i highly recommend them!

| Fairly new on the scene as a company from what I can see. However, customers often tell it the best. I don't know much more about them personally.

| Yes we are new on the scene from a company standpoint. Myself and the other owner worked as techs dealing with resellers and hsphere for a number of years and decided it was time to start our own company. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have and I will be glad to answer them. I know we have to work past the "OMG its a new company will they actually do what they say or steal my money" phase.
Anything I can do to show that we mean what we say let me know.

| These guys are great...... I would highly recomend them. Not only are their servers and software awesome. They have great customer service. They have spent alot of time on the phone with me to make sure I was all setup right and that I understood the control panel..... if fact they called me and helped me, when they saw I had some of my settings wrong....... Proactive Customer Service!!!!! You have got to love that....

| Ive been with them for a short time (September 9). They were giving test accounts away in the WHT Free or Sponsored Hosting Forum, and I decided to try a windows account since Im used to *nix hosting. Im a die-hard hsphere fan, and infact have a reseller account at another host.
I use the account for a testing site, and havent had any trouble. Its always been fast and there when I needed it. I only had one support issue that required a submission of a ticket, and it was answered sufficiently in 10 minutes or so. The problem I was having was a permission error in webshell. I plan to use the account more in the next few weeks, as Im going to move one of my higher traffic sites to my Reseller-Center plan so I can monitor the uptime, speed of the web servers, and most importantly (for me atleast) email speed and quality. I will keep you all posted on my opinion as needed. The domain thats now on the windows plan is http://meco-pc.com . There isnt really much there that you can view, but you get the idea.

| I haven't signed up with them yet, but their customer response is amazing, replies to my inquiries within 5-10 mins! I put the same pre-sales questions to 2 of the big guns out there and have had no reply in over 24 hours!
Reseller-center are getting my business, no sweat!

| I love these guys. They're soo helpful that i've began redesigning bits and pieces for their forum. Who knows, in a few months they'll have a full site redesign made out of small bits by me

| I think I have never been wrong to start a review reseller-center review about there service just after 10 days of being with them. They know what they are doing and the best point they will always help you.
I have reseller accounts with other hosts but as a reseller the other host support assume that you have to do every thing and know every thing. the other host support assume they have to only take care about the servers and network. If you face problems with name servers, or any of your reseller activities then it is your fault and you have to figure out what you are missing , they will not help.
that is why i like reseller-center and repeat again, the human behind the servers is most important than the servers.
their support team so friendly , they helped me setting the plans, ssl and answered all my tickets or posts in their forum in less than 10 minutes.

reseller-center i s very good. I have just transfered over 8 sites to them and they seem to be working fine.
i will soon transfer over 40 sites to them.
their CS staff has been very helpful and patient!
