Holding Page... how????

Hi a while back i read how to create a default holding page, so when ever you created a new account it would then copy your holding page files as default.. Can anyone point me to a how to or explain here.. Cheers

If your using cPanel/WHM click on the Skeleton Directory link inside your WHM and it will tell you the path to it. If your a reseller then login using FTP and place the files into the skeleton directory.
