Hardening against Spam, what next?

We've optimized what we can in the native exim settings, but we're still doing a pretty poor job of preventing spam at the server level. Spamassassin is too complicated for most of our users and so we are looking for some third party solutions to try and improve our current spam situation. We're on a dedicated running whm / cpanel. Any feedback, ideas or referrals are appreciated.

If that includes, RBL's, SPF & DKIM checks, it should reject most of the spam coming in. However if it's not enough, you can deploy some speciality appliances such as those from Ironport, Barracuda, or something cheaper like MailCleaner.
