| I have been with them since mid December. They have very good tech support. I have not had any issues with servers being down and there online chat is always on for help. I am however looking to change to a different company to lower prices for my auto billing, sign up and domain reg. There are a few companies out there that offer it all. But who knows they might be able to work with me on this issue and give me a break on my payments.

| I am now leaving them.... RVskin is broken on my server and all my control panels are down..... All they say in live support is... erm, don't know, can you email Support?
I said I thought this was support?
They said it was, can you email us?
Very poor service....
I was really happy, but now I am just annoyed

I have live chat on my site that is manned by a preslaes person they offer basic help, they are not a full support tech if something is broken like you are saying your site is they are directed to submit a support ticket so I or a tech can resolve the issue.

| I have twice sent support tickets, but they have not resolved the problems, they are fixed on a temporary basis then it breaks again and I submit a new ticket, then it still does not work.

| HostForWeb is a great company....Alex (the owner) runs a great company and the Support is staffed well. You will not make a bad decision going with them.

| We are with HFW for over a year now (resaller for abt 7 monthes) and what we can say is that problems are part of the business.
But more important than problems is the way people handles them.
They have a REAL 24hour chat (it is up all the time) and all the issues are handled imediatelly.
Highly recomend them.

| Hostforweb is definetly a good company. Problems do occur from time to time, but they have a nice helpfull support staff. So all in all they are good!

| Best I have ever found. Over a year and a half with them and never considered shopping somewhere else.
Great uptime. Stellar support most of the time. (I am a VPS client and they have fewer support staff for VPS/Dedicated so it's a little slower than my old reseller support once in a while if they have something major going on)
