HDD read and write error

That definitely looks like a bad mounted disk. It's multiple sectors that are not reading at all. It's best to start pulling data from backup. Regards Joe / UNIXY

it possible to get the data from that HDD itself?

Probably but you might get some corrupted files too. It won't hurt to try though.

Can you post the full but relevant dmesg lines? I just want to rule out other possible issues. Regards Joe / UNIXY

Some days before we had such a problem , the best thing to do is to stop the server and make clone of this HDD to another HDD.But there can be some corrupted files.

Hardware is in the process of dying. PRobably a good idea to replace it / sync the data / restore from backups

The HDD is gone. You should either replace the current drive with a new one and attach the bad drive as secondary OR get a new server and migrate the data off this server immediately.

The harddisk has certainly having a problem. Try to recover the data and move it to another hard disk first.
