How to deploy .war file

Hello all this is my first port in WHT i hope u can help me in that i want to deploy .war file for client hosting in VPS i installed tomcat and installed servlets for his account now he upload .war file in public_html/WEB-INF dir from CPanel file manager now i want to deploy this .war file for this account to make his website working well anybody can help me which steps i have to follow (kindly in details ) thnx all
