Issue with email on new server

I moved one of my customers over to a new server. Now when I try to mail him on any address, it gets returned with a 550 errror.
I set up a new email address and I still get an error. See below:

I've verified that all the ips are good and I do have an spf record and it is going to the right server.

Its most likely because you do not have reverse dns setup on your ip 67.222.132.194
