NOC24 (Eight Month Review)

Posted by px1369, 10-07-2003, 04:09 PM
I have been using NOC24.com for over eight months now. They offer exceptional service with a variety of options. I have upgraded twice with them. Plus, I have set up my own reseller accounts. Support is A+ I can reach them either via phone, email, tech support (online) or even IM. (24/7) They resolve situations quick! They always seem to know what the trouble was and correct it as soon as I ask. I have previously dealt with several other companies (to remain nameless) and never received such excellent support. I have found this company and the people (sales & techies) that work for/with them to be of high caliber. I would highly recommend their services to anyone & everyone.

Thanks for the review and actually having some form of experience(other than a few hours, days, or a week). Glad to see that you're happy bud. I take it http://www.cross-web.com/ is your website with them?

NOC24, reseller of Atjeu or am I wrong?

We are not a "reseller'" in the normal sense of the word. We are a server management company. That means providing System Admin support in house. We colocate servers in several data centers. We also lease servers in 6 others. Atjeu.com - HE.net - NAC.net - ThePlanet.com - VDI.net - Level3 - Internap, to name some of them. Hope that clears that up for you.

CROSS WEB - http://www.cross-web.com/ is my main site basically for my web design business. I also have Cross Hosting - http://www.crosshosting.com/ which is still under development that I will be using for my hosting business. I have several other business that I run and have sites for them as well. Previously, I was working with other hosting service providers, and had nothing but trouble. Poor support and consistently experiencing downtime. That has all changed. Downtime is almost non-existent and support is immediate. Don't have to wait days like before for a response. Now it is within minutes. I am quite satisfied!

I have been using them for a month and the support is good. I will post back when I have been there a while longer. They do always know what my problems are and resolve them when I ask.

Just wanted to chime in with a tentative review. I've signed up with Noc24 for one of their reseller accounts less than a week ago. So far, I haven't had any problems. The setup was fairly easy. I called their help number to speak with someone before I signed up and left a message. I got a callback within just a couple of hours - it was Kevin, he answered all my questions. I had a reseller plan elsewhere until now and needed help moving my sites from old host to their servers through Cpanel and I had trouble doing this. They helped me move the accounts over fairly quickly. I've spoken with their support reps on MSN Messenger and AIM and they seem willing to help and to answer questions. I will be changing the dns ips to make the move of the sites official within a day or so. Once I've been with them for a while, I'll come back and post another review here.

I signed up a 7 day free trail account yesterday morning. This requires me to give my credit card number to mypaysystems so I assume my account should be setup automatically. However I haven't heard anything from noc24 yet. I've received billing notice from mypaysystems though. Sent email to them but no reply. Doesn't look an ideal start, does it?

All accounts are setup quickly and without delay. Sometimes an international credit card transaction can slow the process a bit. By the looks of the domain in your profile, I get the feeling that that is the situation. Just a hunch ( http://linkchinese.net ) I have every confidence that your account will be setup as soon as your billing information has been verified by paysystems.com. If I canbe of any asistance please contact me directly. We just stared using Paysystems. We might have a few bumps here and there til we learn the way it works.
