VolumeHosting / Total-Host : A Final (GOOD) Note

| I have spoken to the new owner of Total-Host, now Volumehosting, and found him to be very very accomodating. He was apologetic about previous occurances and seemed to be honestly trying to make a difference in my experience.
I must say I would be a very small person indeed to not come forward and say that I was given every consideration and made a very generous offer in recompense. Not many hosts would go to such great lengths to assuage one person or client or customer. Most of us would pass it by and let it die. I must admit I was impressed. I honestly cannot remember another host that went to such lengths to try and reach a place of mutual satisfaction.
I will lend my recommendation to Volumehosting based on this experience.
To Dan from FLA (new owner): Sorry for the disparaging remarks from previous posts. I was angry and lost customers. Perhaps I acted in haste in posting while in the wrong frame of mind. I hope this post helps to repair any blemishes that I have caused. I wish you success!

| While he may be a nice guy, he isn't very good at communication. I sent multiple emails to all addresses he listed in the emails I got from him to simply send me my login info as the old TH logins did not work. No replies. I have moved on.

| I'm with volumehosting I was with total-host before. I love the new server I'm on and the support is great. He emailed me back in less then an hour with the problem fixed.

| well I don't know if Volumehosting is better than Total-host.... since I myself and my clients had troubles w/ logging in the Cpanel sicne I were transferred and the problems are still not rectified. During the transfering process, some data were lost and I got the blame (of course) and Dan saying the server was hacked ??!!!??
Does neone have the same problem w/ Cpanel w/ Volumehosting ? I emailed Daniel but have not got ne response yet.
