hello i was uploading some files today when i came across some errors which have stopped me from doing anything ftp wise and accounts have diapeared from WHM
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
That error i get in cpanel ftp/
so i tried to update cpanel its self and it gives me many more errors:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
1
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]file error - cache failed to write upcpform.tmpl: Error in tempfile() using /var/cpanel/template_compiles/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/themes/x/templates/XXXXXXXXXX: Could not create temp file /var/cpanel/template_compiles/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/themes/x/templates/3bvOwzNQb1: Disk quota exceeded at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.2/i686-linux/Template/Document.pm line 291
I am currently awaiting for my vps company to upgrade my hard space which i believe is the problem.. is there a temporay fix for this as in my Veportal it says only 10% of disk space is used and i need access to ftp urgently
Id be willing to make a small donation to who can help me...
Thanks

it has nothing to do with the hard drive fullness. the quota on the actual account is full.

So you are telling me the root account is full which that is me?
IS there a way of stopping the limit mate?

What is the output of df -h from the command line. Perhaps the /var partition is full.

Try running:
/scripts/fixquotas
That is cPanels script for fixing up quotas, perhaps they are incorrect.
