i was looking for a resellers account . I decided i was going to do alot of homework , and ask many questions before signing up for any host . I was looking for a good amount of bandwidth , space , and good bandwidth with cpanel . I dont remember how i stumbled upon this company , but i ended up reading up on thier site . They had good costs, space, internap bandwidth . So naturally i was inclined to find out more . I sent them a huge list of questions , some of the questions i thought i might not get an answer on . A couple of hours later , i recieved an email from them , with all my questions answered , and an ip to trace/ping . I then contacted them regarding setup , and how long it would take , i was contacted back 10 minutes later , they informed me they could have it done in 20 minutes , after i was done signing up . At this point , i was pretty happy , they answered my questions , and promised speedy service on the setup . So i signed up , , 15 minutes later i get my setup email . I set up everything , since then , ive opened 3 tickets which were all answered super quick , and everything was taken care of ,They also address people as an equal , which may seem wierd , but they dont treat me as if im some non technical customer who doesnt even know what a server is . I have to experience any downtime .. Im really impressed by this companies service/support (the quickness/quality), and thier costs , i just figured i would let others know ... i also understand its early on , but i am yet to recieve this type of quality from any host whom i have signed up with .. Hopefully they keep up the good work , if so , they'll be keeping this customer for quite sometime .

hi, sorry to say... their website took me nearly 2 1/2 minutes for it to upload. Maybe got few problem. But this doesnt effect the other website i am browsing at the moment i think its not due to their server because ur merchantchat.com has a very good upload. Maybe due to the script their are using in their website...

yeah , some scripts and other things do take time to load depending on the browser . Myself , it takes about a second for the full page load , im not really concerned about that . im just enjoying the service im recieving and wanted to let people know . It may also very well depend on your connection too

they offer 100% uptime on network downtime. With a 5% of the monthly fee refund for every hour down. That calculates for there lowest plans, to be 0.030486111111111111111111111111111 per hour. That is figuring in a 30day month! There costs do not seem all that great, and i keep getting a javascript error, very annoying. AS ALWAYS JUST IMO!

Normally I try to refrain from responding to posts about our company unless specifically requested, however I feel compelled to at least address a little bit of what has been mentioned here. We were not aware of the script error until just recently, (we test the design locally and then upload it, however there are some link problems which are causing the errors that were overlooked) but this will be fixed shortly. This may be causing the slow page loading. However from 3 different locations in the US we have checked the loading speed and it seems to be within the 5 - 10 second range tops. Either way we will be fixing the current error until our new design is completed. As for the other things mentioned, I will let you draw your own conclusions as I dont make it a habit to bash other hosts.

I was looking at their comparison chart -- do they offer SSH?
