Mail server ip comes up as spam My server was abused by spammers and now it is blocked. How do I change this? CentOS 5.2 Cpanel/WHM 11 help.

Contact the organizations that manage the block lists and request the IP to be unblocked and give them some form of justification (such as having resolved the issue that resulted in the block to begin with). If you provide the IP I can be more helpful. __________________█ Michael Denney - MDDHosting, LLC - Professional Hosting Solutions█ Shared, Reseller, Semi-Dedicated, VPS, and Dedicated █ http://www.mddhosting.com/

To the OP: Depending upon your IP block size, perhaps ask your provider if they can make the request? -mike __________________Limestone Networks - Dedicated Server Hosting Premium Network - 24/7/365 Support - Dual Intel Xeon Servers Now Available Dallas Datacenter - Fully Routed Backend Networkhttp://www.limestonenetworks.com 1-877-586-0555

Do you have an SPF record for your email domain? Quite often if you've fixed the spamming problem and created an SPF record for your domain, you'll have a much easier time of getting "de - blacklisted" (ouch!) with the blacklist providers. __________________ Thomas J. WeWatch is right. gmail is now dumping all non-spf mail into spam folders. If you post your ip, or privmsg it to some of the ones that have contributed to this post, we can probably check what rbl's your on and help you get off of them. It would more then likely require help from your datacenter or the owner of the ip blocks. __________________ James Paul Woods Operations Manager HostKitty Internet Services
