Reselling a resseler plan...

Good? or Bad? What to you think of it? I mean, if somebody buy his plan from a webhost, and, one of his people want to ressel too, or such... Whould it be better to help him and give him the url of a cie, like mchost (jsut an exemple, not a kind of subtile ads ) or buying the plan and reselling it to an higher price? Not that it's my case, not at all... But that question had popuped in my mind.... And since it"s the best place to talk about that kind of subject....

That would depend if you want to make money on it or not.

do you think it's kinda "morally" acceptable?

Good Idea ! a reseller can further appoint his resellers with his own controls at his level.

It's kind of tricky to do to be honest, because there is an extra layer, another 'middleman' added. That's not to say it isn't possible though

I think that it can be done if the terms of the 'main' host don't say anything against it. Although there is a moral issue! But I think that you can pass over it if you're convinced that you, as reseller, provide better support than the 'main' host. This way , the dollars over the 'normal' price could be justified .

Wouldnt it be best just to join an affiliate program, less hassle.

There's nothing wrong, or immorral IMO with taking a reseller plan from company A and rebranding that plan to sell it to your clients for a markup. This we call "retailing".

Think a couple hosts that offer reselling are allowing resellers to sell reseller accounts, and did this by manually requesting an account with the persons particulars and still billing the reseller, and leaving support issues up to them.
