I'm running my own Unix servers from Burst but need a few NT accounts for some customers. Who can recommend the cheapest reseller rates for NT accounts? Robin

Aloha hope this can help I have been doing a lot of research on NT one thing I did was check connections and down time for a month on each host the ones I found acceptable were www.pwebtech.com www.ecui.com www.hostmysite.com www.datapipe.com they all seem reasonable I think I would use ecui or datapipe myself I tried a pwbtech account and had some support issues but others have had great luck so would not put them out I drilled the list down from about 20 hosts some I did not test so can nto remember all I did test

Dear Honu But these are not very cheap ! $240 for a year is not very cheap. Some hosting companies with reasonable uptime and speed sell for $60-$70 with a lot of space. Regards, Mac

Their reseller pricing is higher than a lot of end user NT pricing I've seen. I was contaced by Cravis.com. I went with their setup. They have a good reseller plan, but I went with one of their regular end user plans that seems perfect for resellers! I don't think they market just to resellers but they have a plan.. the cravis5 plan has 800 megs, unlimited emails, 8 gigs traffic and 6 domains! If you have light users, you can even more domains to that 800 megs at $3 each! The plan is $49/month which works out to $7/month which isn't too bad when you get sql 2000, borland server and bunch of other features. Check 'em out. Tell 'em Robin sent ya

Aloha yes maybe not super cheap but ya get what ya pay for I do not buy hositng based on price alone just my thoughts those were ones I monitored that semed to have good uptime quite a few others were down a alot or had some very slow connections or never responded to emails etc... there are also some that I am sure I missed I do not like to have to try to juggel hosting all the tiem and switch every few months

FYI Cravis.com seem (unless I am hugely mistaken) to have dedicated servers at ecui.com (do a tracert and dig a little). Their spec and costs seem good. We did a big trawl for Win2000 ded servers and eventually went with Ecui. So far they have been very good and certainly give you a lot for the price.
