[Urgent Help] my server suspended because of spam

| Hi,
I'm got spam report a week ago, after i created a test account for someone. I closed the account immediately but the spam reports didn't stop.
Today, because of that reports my server has been suspended. I checked again and again but i don't host the domain in the spam report.
There is a mistake. How can explain or solve this ?
My service provider is RapidSwitch.

| Get the server provider to check the machine themselves, and/or demonstrate that you don't host the domain in question.

| Server is unmanaged.
I found the spammer's account. I was suspended a week ago but how can he/she still send spam ?
I enabled smtp tweak and going to delete spammer's account completely.
Is there anything else to do about this ?

| There are various ways, all of them devious, so I'm not sure. Unless something was in crontab? Don't know if that gets suspended with the account. But deleting is a great idea, as is "chown root /home/spammer; chmod 0 /home/spammer"
SMTP tweak is a great idea. I'd also install CSF (www.configservers.com/cp/csf.html) and consider running suphp.

| No, i can't find any cronjob record related with spammer's account. Really weird. May be these mail was rejected or something else and resend after a while. I don't know.
I'm looking to CSF now. Thanks for help.
