iMac email receive problem...

Hi Guys,
I have a customer who has an iMac using Entourage and is unable to receive any emails, they are able to send emails, the settings that are used are:
Outgoing mail.customersite.com port 26
Incoming mail.customersite.com port 110
Emails that are sent arrive without a problem, sorry I am not familiar with iMacs, so is there anything else that needs to be done???
Does anyone have any suggestions???

I always have the most mail problems with MAC customers too :p
Wonder if they have SSL on
account preferences >> advanced tab .. make sure SSL is not check

can you elaborate on what kind of problems? I am currently having problems with Mail.app sending invalid packets.

No they don’t have SSL on.
Any other suggestions???
