it really depends on how much you want to make...
for example, if you want to make a small profit from reselling... just set those costs $1 or two higher then whatever you're paying for... (profit will come in REAL slow)
if you want some more profit, start increasing that price by 150%+
like for $7 package - resell it for $12.99
g'luck

I don't want to sound impolite but maybe you just have to go back home and do your homework. Starting a business and going to public asking "what costs do you suggest" in my eyes shows a lack of professionalism.
Sit down, open a calculation program and think.
- at what price are you buying your packages?
- what are your prices for accepting credit cards?
- what are your prices for support, taxes, administration, billing, advertisement, .... ?
- how much will you loose due to customers leaving in the money-back-guarantee (if you offer that kind of service) or due to credit card fraud?
- how valuable is your own time?
- how much profit do you want to make?
and so on...

Adding to what Walter said, you also have to consider the market place. You don't want to price yourself so high as to be unrealistic, nor so low to loose money.
