EV Certificate on Media Temple?

Posted by Joel Theodore, 08-15-2008, 04:34 AM Hi Guys, We purchased a EV Certificate: http://www.digicert.com/ev-ssl-certification.htm and have tried to install it on Media Temple. However there are 4 parts to it and can not work out how to get it to work, we tried their user panel and still tells us key is invalid. Tried the Media Temple helpdesk and they have no idea either. Does anyone have experience installing these? Regards, Joel
Posted by cristibighea, 08-15-2008, 04:58 AM Well, the guys at DigiCert seem to have instructions for a large array of systems: http://www.digicert.com/ssl-certific...stallation.htm. From what I remember though, MediaTemple has a custom control panel, so they might need to work this out for you.
Posted by Joel Theodore, 08-18-2008, 09:39 PM Alright this is a joke, after waiting on the phone I gave up trying to even speak to them. Took more then 5 minutes for them to just get the domain name right. Via support ticket received this: Been through all the hoops and loops. Still waiting on Media Temple.
