ESC ( Octal /003) delimited file to load in MS SQL 2008

I need help on loading the text file having "ESC" as delimiter ( Octal /003). This file I need to load in MS SQL 2008 however I don't know what should be query to insert such file with "ESC" as delimiter. Please help.

Can't you just replace the delimiter with a one more friendlier to you and MSSQL? You can use sed (on Linux) or a binary editor to do it.
