how to find the source feed ?
Posted by koolnhot, 08-05-2010, 06:04 AM |
one of my friend runs a blog on sports and he is on auto-blog using some wp script.
I wanted to know the source which he is using for autoblog as it could be useful for me as well, I can't directly ask him - as there is a chance for him to mis-understand me. Is there a way I could know his source ?
I would like to know this mainly because his autoblog is embedding pics real good, ie. pics are shown up as his own uploaded pics rather than redirecting r linking to some other site for the pictures.

Grab a couple of the words and paste them in quotes on Google, that should get them easily!

I think he wants to know what script he is using. Theres no real way to tell, most autoblog scripts grab the content then push it into wordpress or something as a post. You will have to ask him, or see if the software has any "tells" like how it names pictures or something, maybe check html source and see if theres any comment lines from it.

thanks for the suggestions guys
I did try google searching I couldn't find the source only one site had the similarity but my friend site had posts which differed from that site posts as well, so he might be using another site - which also uses this found site feeds
stealthy, I want to know the source of his content and not the script, but yeah you got the remaining issues rite. Its not possible for me to ask him as I had mentioned earlier. I will have to check comment lines
