Not receiving mail from Brinskter.. Strange email behavior.. help !

Hi,
I have the latest whm/cpanel version installed.
I also have assp deluxe installed.
Here's my problem: I have a client that is having problems with his emails account. When someone sends him a mail from Brinkster.com, a rebound error is received:
This only happens to that specific client. I tried sending a brinkster email to another account on the server, and it works fine. The problem only happens with that specific client..
Any idea why ?

Check if the IP 65.182.109.76 is blocked on your server.

Try setting reverse dns for your IP 70.50.253.16 pointing to your hostname.

Still doesn't work..
This client is a reseller and I noticed that the same error occurs on all of his accounts only.. It's very strange..

I see reverse dns is not set for the IP 70.50.253.16

I don't quite understand what you mean.
My ip address is not 70.50.253.16 (Where did u get this address?)
And I don't think it is related with my IP because my client does not have the same Ip as me and we both cannot send email from brinkster.net to that specific account..
I appreciate your help

From the error log I see the email id ramy@kellyetcie.com. So I though though this would be your receiving mail id.

After install ASSP there was no email from particular domain names.
Below how I resolve problem.
I check ASSP LOG ANALYZER found many lines of the following.
- Connection from [my-ISP-IP]:33439 denied by denySMTPConnectionsAlways: 165.21.0.0/16
The above is my ISP's IP address, so all email from the above IP were block.
How I resolve?
- Access ASSP Web Interface, look for denySMTPConnections
- found blockip.txt, then tag # the following
# 165.21.0.0 165.21.255.255
# 165.229.0.0 165.229.255.255
- I also added my ISP domain name in
"Do Not Limit Different IP's For These Domains* (maxSMTPdomainIPWL)"
- Later did some testing, all test email came in.
I also turned off "Limit Number of IP's Per Domain (maxSMTPdomainIP)".
Reason: I feel that this is bad, there are so many ISP email provider, I can't be entering all their domain names one by one in "maxSMTPdomainIPWL"
I wonder what is the rational behind this blocking function? It may block spammer who use ISP account for spamming but there are also valid email users in those ISP. So I think it is bad idea to use "maxSMTPdomainIPWL".
