Sounds like your server needs to be optimized. Have you optimized apache / php any? If not I would suggest hiring a company to get in there and modify your server for the appropriate load.

As we stated, you will need to hire a professional that will do it for you.. A system administrator will do it for you at a cost.

This would not be a touch things to fix and I would suggest taking a look in the offers section for system administration.

Well, i'm not sure how good your technical knowledge is but i'll try and give you some help. The first question that you need to ask yourself is do you have security measures taken on your server? Such as a firewall, securing your control panel, and etc? If you don't then I would suggest you may want to invest in that before optimizing your server as that may be causing problems. If you can check that list then we can modify your files such as apache to speed up your site. You will need to find your httpd.conf file and modify it. If your getting about 100 connections then you should probably increase the max connection to about 150. Here is a quick suggestion... Timeout 200 KeepAlive On maxKeepAliveRequests 100 KeepAliveTimeout 3 MinSpareServers 10 MaxSpareServers 20 StartServers 15 MaxClients 150 MaxRequestsPerChild 0 HostnameLookups Off

bro in my server like this configured can i chage it to our Timeout 300 KeepAlive On maxKeepAliveRequests 100 KeepAliveTimeout 15 MinSpareServers 5 MaxSpareServers 20 StartServers 5 MaxClients 150 MaxRequestsPerChild 0 HostnameLookups Off

Why not turn off KeepAlive? Maybe he should also limit MaxRequestsPerChild because if he is getting a small dos attack it might chew all of his ram and bring down apache.
