Is there a way to stop this or to make the mail rebound to the user instead to nobody ? Thanks

New user signed up with invalid email. The bounce back email will be delivered to forum admin email, or server contact email.

Any idea how to make it bounce to the forum's admin instead of the server's contact ?

There is several things you can do: #1 - Install one of the following: suPHP or phpSuExec - PHP Scripts will be ran as the actual user rather than "nobody". Bounced Emails would go to the user's default address: user@servername.com . #2 - Depending on the forum software, there might be an option to send forum mail with SMTP. The return-path would then be the specified email address.
