Vbulletin - 2 sites, 1 server - want to seperate CMS

As per the title, posting here as vbulletin websites didnt come back with anything useful.
Running a dedicated server with plesk on it, full root ssh access ect,
It is set up pretty standard, like you do for any domain, each with its own folder directory ect ect.
What I wish to do is the following.
Currently the 2 URL's are set up as.
www.Mysite.com (which used to be an old news page, but got forgotten about and left to die)
and www.Mysite-forums.com which has the forums on it. Both unlinked.
Now what I wish to do with vbulletin 4 is move the CMS page from the www.mysite-forums.com to www.mysite.com so that the www.mysite.com domain only shows the CMS, which will update and keep that URL active with new stuff.
Do we have any people who would suggest what to do to set this up as such? Whilst not a supported feature, the guys on the phone said it would be possible. Permissions and such are not an issue as the server has and will only host these 2 sites. So I can do pretty much anything on it.
Many thanks

You can accomplish what your looking for with some symlinking, however there is a loop hole in vbulletin's license agreement that says if the forum is powering more than 1 site (which is fine) they have to be 100% identical. You cannot change the skin or forum listing or data on either site to make it appear to be 2 different sites without a second license.

Any tips on doing this? Fortunately thats exatly what I want, so people see the two sites as one.
