Analog stats failed referral reports

Posted by Tom P, 11-08-2007, 09:09 PM I'm wondering if somebody could help me with a small query about Analog stats for which I can't find the answer anywhere. A customer has asked why on the 'Failed referral reports' it is showing various URLs that do exist. From Analogs website they describe it as basically a missing link report. These links are not missing so how come it's still reporting them, could they be false positives? The only thing I can think of is that perhaps when somebody clicks on the web page but then very quickly cancels the request by clicking another link or the stop button. If anybody has any ideas of why this is happening, it's much appreciated. Thanks, - Tom
